Resolved that pursuant to Section 239 (2) (a) and (e) of the Municipal Act, 2001 , as amended, the next portion of the June 30, 2022 Special Council Meeting will move into Closed Session to discuss the security of the property of the municipality or local board and personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees. That Schedule “C” to By-law 2018-98 being Appointments to Local Boards be amended by removing Arv Sestokas, Mark Ruttan, John Smeh and Suzanne Reu as members to the Committee of Adjustment and adding Katherine Logan, Andy Ferguson, Justin Beraldo, Harold Van Gool and Daniel Paul (Alternate Member).
