THAT Council proclaim October 10th as “National Dental Care Day” in the Town of Wasaga Beach.

THAT Council proclaim June 21 - June 27, 2026 as St. John Ambulance Week in the Town of Wasaga Beach.

That Council approve the delegation request from Mr. Leslie Farkas and Mr. Nick Vidinovski to address Council regarding report 10.6 Beachfront Agreement of Purchase and Sale – Sunray.

THAT the contents of the agenda for June 11, 2026, be approved as amended.

THAT the minutes of the Council Meeting held May 28, 2026, be adopted as circulated.

That Council receive the delegation from Mr. Leslie Farkas, for information.

That Council approve the delegation request from Mrs. Christon Vidinovski to address Council regarding report 10.6 Beachfront Agreement of Purchase and Sale – Sunray.

THAT the report titled: Wasaga Beach DWS Performance Report January 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026 to the Council meeting of June 11, 2026, be received for information.

THAT the report titled: Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEOI) – Large Scale, Ticketed Evening Light-Based Attraction Opportunity, to the Council meeting of June 11 th , 2026, be received; and THAT Council approve the release of a Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEOI) to gather market interest, high-level concepts, and potential partnership opportunities for a potential Large Scale, Ticketed Evening Light-Based Attraction Opportunity; and THAT staff be authorized to report back to Council with findings and recommended next steps, including potential procurement and/or partnership approaches .

THAT the report titled: Application for an Extension to the Approval of the T.P.C. at Marlwood Plan of Subdivision (PS01/17) to the Council meeting of June 11, 2026, be received; and THAT Council approve a three-year extension of Draft Approval for the T.P.C. at Marlwood Subdivision, including minor amendments to the associated conditions of Draft Plan Approval, with a new lapsing date of June 11, 2029.

THAT the report titled: “Application for Zoning By-law Amendment (Z00426)”, to the Council meeting of June 11, 2026, be received; and, THAT Council enact a Zoning By-law Amendment (Z00426), as recommended by Planning staff in this report.
