That Committee of the Whole as Budget Committee recommend to Council that it receive the Treasurer’s report on the first Draft of the 2021 Operating and Capital Budget for information and discussion. Yea: David Foster, George Watson, Joe Belanger, Mark Kinney, Nina Bifolchi, and Sylvia Bray

That Committee of the Whole as Budget Committee recommend to Council that it receive the Treasurer’s report on the Financial Plan for the new arena and library facility; and Further that, as per the justifications outlined in the attached report titled “Financial Plan for New Arena and Library Build”, that the project continue with the current time schedule, which is building the new Twinpad arena and library throughout 2021 – 2023. Yea: David Foster, George Watson, Mark Kinney, Nina Bifolchi, and Sylvia Bray Nays/Abstained: Joe Belanger
