THAT Committee of the Whole as Budget Committee receive the 2022 Operating and Capital Budget Draft 3, the Four Year Operating, and Ten Year Capital Forecasts for information, and; THAT Committee of the Whole as Budget Committee forward the proposed 2022 Operating and Capital Budget, the Four Year Operating and Ten Year Capital Forecasts to the Budget Public Meeting for input from the public, inclusive of any changes identified during this meeting.
