THAT Committee of the Whole as Budget Committee recommend to Council that it include $2,500 in the 2021 OPP Operating Budget as the Town’s share to support the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) program in Wasaga Beach Schools for the 2021 calendar year funded from the Policing Reserve. Yea: David Foster, George Watson, Joe Belanger, Mark Kinney, Nina Bifolchi, Stan Wells, and Sylvia Bray

THAT Committee of the Whole recommend to Council that the proposed 2021 Operating and Capital Budget be approved and the Four Year and Ten Year Capital Forecast be received for information, and FURTHER THAT, Committee of the Whole recommend to Council that the Rates and Fees Bylaw – Schedule K – Development Charges be indexed effective January 1, 2021 as per the current DC Bylaw which provides for the annual increase., as amended.
