THAT Committee of Adjustment receive the staff report regarding the implemented changes to the Planning Act , relating to Bill 276, Supporting Recovery and Competitiveness Act, 2021, for information; AND THAT Committee of Adjustment authorize staff to revise the decisions for all consent applications approved after January 1, 2021 which relate to fulfillment of conditions within a one year (12 month) period, in response to the implemented changes within Schedule 24 of Bill 276 pertaining to the Planning Act, to now reflect the provincial standard that conditions of approval are required to be fulfilled within a two year (24 month) period.
