That the report titled: 2024 General Liability Insurance Renewal, to the Council meeting of January 25, 2024, be received; and That Council authorize the Treasurer to accept and execute all documents necessary for the renewal insurance premium for General Insurance and Risk Management Services.

That Council receive the verbal report from the Deputy CAO on the terms of a Donation and Naming Agreement with Zancor Homes; and That Council authorize the Deputy CAO to execute an Donation and Naming Agreement with Zancor Homes for the naming rights of the spectator and community rink in the new Wasaga Beach Stars Arena.

That Council support Correspondence item 10.1 (2) regarding Cemetery Transfer/Abandonment Administration & Management Support; and That a letter of support be circulated.

That Council delegate the authority to the CAO for endorsing the Beachfront Leases with the exception of a lease that endorses a liquor licence that did not have a liquor licence in the previous lease, and a lease that drops 20% or more, (excluding pro-rating factors).
