THAT Council authorize the award of Contract No. REF-2021-01 - Twin-pad Arena and Library Construction to Aquicon Construction Co. Ltd. in the amount of $43,480,000.00, which does not include non-refundable HST of $765,248.00 (1.76%), subject to a CCDC 2 (2008) stipulated price contract being executed; AND FURTHER THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the contract between the Town and Aquicon Construction Co. Ltd. for the project, subject to the Town’s requirements being addressed. Yea: David Foster, George Watson, Mark Kinney, Sylvia Bray, Nina Bifolchi, and Stan Wells Nays/Abstained: Joe Belanger
