Resolved that pursuant to Section 239 (2) (b) and (d) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, the next portion of the September 22, 2022 Committee of the Whole will move into Closed Session to discuss personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees and labour relations or employee negotiations.
