THAT Committee of the Whole receive the presentation from Deloitte LLP on the proposed Scoring Criteria for the selection of Developers to redevelop Beach Area 1 Lands; AND FURTHER THAT Committee of the Whole recommends to Council that it approve the recommended criteria for reviewing the developer proposals and selecting the preferred developers to redevelop the Beach Area 1 Lands; Yea: David Foster, George Watson, Joe Belanger, Mark Kinney, Nina Bifolchi, Stan Wells, and Sylvia Bray
