THAT pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, the next portion of the May 10, 2024, Special Council Meeting, will move into Closed Session to consider the following matters: 8.1.1 Beachfront Property Matter In accordance with Section 239 (2)(a) the security of property of the municipality or local board and Section 239 (2)(e) litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board. 8.1.2 3 Main Street, Wasaga Beach - Lease Agreement In accordance with Section 239 (2)(c) proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality.
