THAT the report titled: Beachfront Agreement of Purchase and Sale - Sunray, to the Special Council meeting of September 21, 2026, be received; THAT Council approve the amendments to the Agreements of Purchase and Sale attached as Appendix A and B to this report; THAT the Mayor and Clerk by authorized to execute the amended Agreement of Purchase and Sale with Sunray Beach Drive Inc., attached as Appendix A; THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the amended Agreement of Purchase and Sale with Sunray Beach Drive Two Inc. and Sunray Wasaga Residential Inc., attached as Appendix B; and THAT Council authorize the CAO and Clerk to proceed with all actions necessary to give effect to these agreements and the closing including the execution and registration of any required documents.
