THAT pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, the next portion of the May 23, 2024, Council Meeting, will move into Closed Session to consider the following matters: 8.1.1 Allenwood Beach Operations in accordance with Section 239 (2)(a) the security of property of the municipality or local board and Section 239 (2)(e) litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board and Section 239 (2)(f) advice that is subject to solicitor-client privlege, including communications necessary for that purpose. 8.1.2 Beachfront Lease Agreements in accordance with Section 239 (2) (c) a proposed or pending acquisition of land by the municipality or local board.
