THAT Committee of the Whole recommend to Council that it approve the updated Grants to Organizations Policy as per the attached draft policy; and FURTHER THAT, Committee recommends approving the change of the name of the policy from “Grants to Organizations” to “Grants and Sponsorships to Organizations”; and FURTHER THAT a clause be included within the policy that would allow for an exception to the payment sequence at staff's discretion.
