THAT the report titled: Contract No. PW2026-22 – Sunnidale Playground Development (Phase 1) to the Special Council meeting of March 5, 2026, be received; THAT Council does hereby award Contract No. PW2026-22 for the development of Sunnidale Park Playground to Play Power LT Canada Inc. for the amount of $571,900.00 excluding HST; and THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute an agreement with Play Power LT Canada.
