Resolved that pursuant to Section 239 (2) (a) of the Municipal Act, 2001 , as amended, the next portion of the December 14, 2021 Special Committee of the Whole Meeting will move into Closed Session to discuss the security of the property of the municipality or local board. Yea: David Foster, George Watson, Joe Belanger, Mark Kinney, Nina Bifolchi, Stan Wells, and Sylvia Bray
